okara (Tofu pancake)can be frozen and stored. After they have completely cooled, wrap them in plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. However, I do not recommend freezing them, as reheating okara can alter their taste. Freshly made okara(Tofu pancake) are the most delicious.
Why is the okara(Tofu pancake) I made not cooked properly?
(1)、 Heating over low heat can solve the problem. If heated over high heat, the surface of the okara(Tofu pancake) will turn golden yellow while the inside remains undercooked.
(2) 、Pour the batter into a flat-bottomed pan and use a spoon to spread it evenly, creating a thinner cake.
