3、Then add 100 g chopped carrots, 100 g chopped onions, 50 g scallions, 100 g flour, 4 g salt, and 3 g thirteen-spice powder.

4、Then knead the ingredients evenly until they form a viscous, paste-like texture.

5、Then add 200 ml of cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, and use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter and pour it into the wok.

6、After the batter enters the oil pot, it quickly solidifies and is continuously stirred.

7、Fry the bean paste until it turns golden brown, then scoop it out. The delicious snack made with the bean paste is now complete.

1、 Use fresh Okara.

2、To enhance the unique flavor of fried Okara, add ingredients such as beef, ham, eggplant, and cucumber, along with seasonings like chili sauce, tomato sauce, and white sugar.

3、 When frying Okara, keep the oil temperature from becoming too high. Excessive heat can overcook the Okara and negatively affect their taste.

4、 If the bean paste is too hard, you can add a few more eggs; otherwise, it will affect the taste.
