  • First, prepare 300 g of squid, 20 g of mushrooms, 50 g of tomatoes, 10 g of scallions, 5 g of ginger, 50 g of pork or beef.
  • Then wash the squid with water. Use a knife to make a cross cut on the squid, but do not cut it off. You can also cut the squid into thin julienne strips or cubes and set it aside.
  • Add water to a frying pan, turn on the heat, and add the squid to the pan. Boil for 3 minutes, then remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
  • Then add 20 g of cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, pour the beef into the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the ginger, shallots, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 10 seconds, then add 500 ml of water.
  • Then add 5 g salt, 10 g sugar, 5 g pepper, 5 g vinegar, 5 g soy sauce, 10 g water starch。
  • Then break 1 egg into a bowl, mix well and pour into the pan,

Notes
1. Choose fresh squid.
2. If your cooking skills are not high, you can cut the squid into shreds or cubes.
3. Make seafood hot and sour soup with high heat, but do not heat it for too long, as it can easily burn and affect the flavor of the seafood.
4. You can add ingredients such as fungus, tofu, shrimp, fish, and others to enhance the unique flavor.
