Da Lu Mian

  • Today I'm going to make Da Lu Mian. First, prepare 500 g of pork or beef. Slice the meat and set it aside.
  • Then add 20 ml of cooking oil to a frying pan, turn on the heat, and then pour in 5 g of shallots, 5 g of ginger, and 5 g of garlic. Stir-fry for 10 seconds.
  • Then pour the sliced meat into the frying pan, turn on the heat, and stir-fry constantly for 3 minutes.
  • Then add 500 ml of water, 20 g of yellow cauliflower, and 20 g of fungus.
  • Then add 20g of chopped mushrooms.
  • Then add seasoning: 3 g MSG, 5 g salt, 3 g soy sauce, then pour in 30 ml water starch and mix well.
  • Then beat 2 eggs into a bowl, mix well, and pour into the wok. Mix well.
  • Then pour the vegetables into a bowl and add 10 ml of high-temperature pepper oil.
  • Then add water to the wok, turn on the heat, and bring it to a boil. Pour the noodles into the wok and cook them. Strain the noodles into a bowl. Finally, pour the finished dish on top of the noodles, stir well, and the Da Lu Mian is ready. It is very delicious.
Notes
1. Choose fresh beef and vegetables.
2. When cooking, use low heat to heat up the food and stir more to avoid burning the ingredients.
3. You can make your own handmade noodles, and the Da Lu Mian made with them tastes better.
4. Da Lu Mian will taste better when eaten with vegetables such as shredded cucumber and bean sprouts.
