The black glutinous rice dessert I made is a summer delicacy. It tastes soft, glutinous and sweet, and it is very icy. The main ingredients are black glutinous rice, taro balls, mango, milk, coconut milk, and condensed milk. Its taste is sweet and fruity at the same time.

  • Today I'm going to make black glutinous rice dessert,It's my favorite dessert in summer,It tastes soft, waxy and sweet, you can add various fruits, and the fragrance of coconut milk,It's the best to eat in summer, it's very refreshing,First, prepare 300g of black glutinous rice.
  • Add 10g sugar and 300g water to black glutinous rice,Then put it in the rice cooker and cook for 1 hour.
  • Then cook 100g taro balls for 5 minutes.
  • Then cook 100g daximi for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the taro balls and daximi into a bowl, set aside.
  • Roll the steamed black glutinous rice into a round shape, then wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Prepare 1 mango, cut the pulp into small pieces, set aside.
  • Pour 150g milk (frozen), 150g coconut milk and 10g condensed milk into the wall breaker, stir for 1 minute and break it.
  • Remove the cling film of the black glutinous rice and put it in a bowl.
  • Then pour in the crushed coconut milk.
  • Then add daximi, taro balls, mango,You can also add other fruits and ingredients to the black glutinous rice dessert for a more unique taste,Try it if you like.
Notes
1、 I added 10g white sugar to the black glutinous rice, you can also replace it with rock sugar, or add no sugar. Because black glutinous rice is sweet, so do fruits, taro balls, and condensed milk.
2、 You can add strawberry, watermelon, blueberry and other fruits or jams to make a unique black glutinous rice dessert.
3、 Put the milk in the refrigerator in advance to freeze, the milk coconut milk made is more icy.
