Samgyetang
The Samgyetang is very delicious. Instructions
 
  • Today I'm going to make Samgyetang,Prepare 500 g chicken ribs, cut the ribs into pieces.
  • Add water to the wok, then bring to a boil, pour in the chicken chops.
  • Add 1 spoon of white wine, 10 g ginger slices,Cook the chicken chops for 3 minutes.
  • Then remove the chicken ribs and wash them with water,Pour chicken chops into casserole.
  • Then add 10 g ginger slices, 1 spoon of rice wine.
  • Prepare the herbs for soup, wash them twice with water,The medicinal materials are: ginseng, dried longan, yuzhu, astragalus, red dates, lily, cordyceps flower.
  • Pour the cleaned herbs into the casserole.
  • Fill the casserole with water (5-6 servings).
  • Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 3 hours.
  • Then add 20 g wolfberry,Continue to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Then add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Notes
1、The purpose of boiling chicken ribs with water is to remove the fishy smell of the meat and make the chicken soup more fragrant.
2、The purpose of adding white wine, rice wine and ginger slices is to make the Samgyetang more delicious, otherwise it will be very greasy.

4、The soup cooking time is 3 hours, you can increase the time, try not to shorten the time.
