4、How To Make

1、Today, I am going to stir-fry tomatoes and beans.

2、First, add 50 g of cooking oil to the wok, heat it, and then add 400 g of diced beans.

5、 Then add 200 g of tomatoes and stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes.

6、Then add beans, 10 g soy sauce, 3 g monosodium glutamate, 2 g thirteen-spice powder, 2 g oyster sauce, 5 g white sugar, and 50 g water.

7、Continue stir-frying for 3 minutes, and the tomato and bean stir-fry is ready.

5、Important Tips

1、 Choosing long beans for this dish makes it more delicious. Avoid using old beans, as they have a poor taste.

2、 Some people blanch the beans, but I prefer to stir-fry them over low heat using a wok. Both methods are acceptable, but be sure the beans are cooked thoroughly.

3、To make tomato stir-fried with green beans, first add the green beans, then add the tomatoes. During the stir-frying process, use a spatula to press the tomatoes into a sticky paste, which will enhance the flavor of the dish.

4、 Do not add too much white sugar; otherwise, the sweetness will overpower the sourness of the tomatoes and alter the flavor of the dish.

5、Do not add vinegar.
