Pad woon sen
Pad woon sen is a home-cooked dish that is simple to make and uses common ingredients. Its main ingredients are vermicelli and cabbage, carrots, but you can also add other ingredients according to your own preferences, such as beef, pork, tofu, eggplant, tomato, bean sprouts, cucumbers, etc., adding different ingredients to make the Pad woon sen taste more special.

Then wash the cabbage with water, drizzle the water and put it in a bowl.
  • Then soak 300 g vermicelli in water for 20 minutes, then drizzle it in a bowl and set aside.

Notes
1、It only takes 5 minutes for fans to soak in hot water, which can save time. But it's better to soak it in cool water.
2、 when cooking, use a high fire, you can retain the moisture in the vegetables, so that the taste of vegetables is more crisp.
3、if you like meat can add beef, pork and other ingredients, the taste will be more delicious, but to use cooked beef.
