  • Then wash the rice with water, then pour it into the wall breaker, add 200 ml of water,,The rice is then broken into paste with a wall breaker.
  • Then strain the rice paste through a sieve.
  • Pour the rice paste into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the rice paste stops lumping.
  • Pour the rice paste into a bowl and stir constantly with a spatula to melt the lumps (the heated rice paste will give the Flat rice noodles a stronger texture).
  • Then get a flat plate and brush a layer of cooking oil on it.
  • Then pour the rice paste into a plate and spread out the rice paste in a thin layer.
  • Place the dish in the boiling pot, wait for 5 seconds, cover the pot when the rice paste has solidified, and steam on high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Then remove the dish and cool it in cool water (this makes it easier to remove the rice husks from the dish).
  • Then use a spatula to insert it through the edge and slowly remove it from the plate.
  • Then place the rice husks in a plate and brush the surface with a layer of cooking oil (this will prevent the husks from sticking together and prevent water loss)..
  • Then cut the rice husks into long strips (do not use the husks on top of each other, otherwise the husks will stick together).
  • Then take a small amount of rice husks and put them into a bowl.
  • Boil 50 g of bean sprouts in boiling water for 10 seconds, then add to the rice husks. Add 50 g cucumber shreds to rice husks.
  • Then pour 1 teaspoon of chili oil, add 20 g sauce, sauce formula is: minced garlic 10 g, light soy sauce 5 g, salt 10 g, MSG 3 g, vinegar 5 g, sesame oil 3 g, water 50 ml.
  • Then mix the Flat rice noodles with the sauce, and you have a delicious Flat rice noodles, which is very popular in the summer.
Notes
1、to use ordinary rice, not glutinous rice.
2、 the surface of the Flat rice noodles should be brushed with a layer of cooking oil, otherwise they are easy to stick together.
3、 when cutting the rice peel with a knife, do not fold them together, otherwise the rice peel will stick together.
4、 you can add other ingredients such as shredded carrots, shredded Onions, shredded meat and so on. Adjust the seasoning ratio to your liking when making the sauce.
