Coconut bun
Coconut bun is simple. The main ingredients are coconut milk, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, yeast powder and butter. It tastes soft and sweet, and children like it very much. I did not add water to the coconut bun, but added coconut milk and eggs. You can also choose to add other juice to make it taste different.
I can use the bread machine to knead the dough when making coconut buns, because manual kneading is very tiring. If you make a lot of bread, you can wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator, and it won't harden the next day.

I believe you can also make delicious desserts,First prepare ingredients: 150 g coconut milk, 1 egg, 30 g white sugar, 3 g salt, 310 g high gluten flour, 4 g yeast powder.
  • Pour the ingredients into the bread machine and knead for 30 minutes. You can also knead with your hands,I didn't add water, but only used coconut milk and eggs. The coconut bun made in this way tastes more soft and sweet.
  • Then add 25 g butter and continue kneading for 25 minutes,Make sure you have enough time to knead with your hands, otherwise the taste of bread will be affected.
  • Then put the dough into a basin and let it ferment. Let it stand at 28 ℃ for 30 minutes.
  • Double the dough volume.
  • Then knead the dough for 1 minute to exhaust the gas in the dough.
  • Divide the dough into 9 parts.
  • Then prepare an 18 * 18 baking tray and spread baking paper,Put 9 dough into the baking tray and cover with plastic wrap,Then wait for the dough to ferment for the second time, and let it stand at 28 ℃ for 25 minutes.
  • Then brush a layer of coconut milk on the surface of the dough,Place the coconut bun in the oven and bake it at 165 ℃ for 25-30 minutes,The color change of coconut bun can be observed halfway,You can adjust the baking time according to your personal preference.
  • Then brush a layer of coconut milk and sprinkle coconut paste on the toasted coconut bun.

Notes
1、 Instead of adding water, I chose coconut milk and eggs instead. You can also add grape juice, blueberry juice and other juice to taste.
2、 After the first fermentation of the dough, knead it for 1 minute to discharge excessive gas from the dough.
3、 The dough should be kneaded for enough time.
4、 Use high gluten flour to make Coconut bun taste stronger.
5、 You can also try to add almonds, milk, raisins and other ingredients, which will taste more special.
