  • Pour the red bean paste into the frying pan,Add 400 g butter (cut into pieces for easy stirring).
  • Then add 480 g maltose and 500 g white sugar.

Notes
1、 Stir fry red bean paste with low heat and keep stirring at the same time, otherwise it will be easily burnt.
2、 I added 500g white sugar to the red bean paste, you can choose not to add or less.
3、 The soaking time of red beans should be more than 8 hours. If the weather is hot, put the red beans in the refrigerator.
4、 The prepared red bean paste can be packed in a fresh-keeping bag and placed in the refrigerator for freezing.
