At the same time, we add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Then add 200 g sago and stir quickly,Then cook the sago for 10 minutes,Then turn off the heat and let the sago stand for 5 minutes,At this point the sago becomes transparent.
Then take out the sago and pour it into cold water to cool down,Then remove the cooled sago and pour it into a bowl, set aside.
Add 600 g of water to the pot again and bring to a boil,Then add 50 g rock sugar.
Add steamed taro and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the foam.
Then add the cooked sago and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and then add 300 g coconut milk, stir well.
