Tofu pudding
The main ingredients of the tofu pudding I made are lactone tofu. The lactone tofu is more tender and nutritious, and I added matcha powder and yogurt to it. You can also add your favorite juice to make the tofu pudding more delicious. Perfect.

  • Lactone Tofu 300 g
  • Matcha powder 8 g
  • Milk 200 g
  • Erythritol 20 g
  • gelatin flakes 8 g
  • yogurt
Instructions
 
  • First, buy fresh lactone tofu 300 g,Then blanch the lactone tofu for 1 minute to remove the beany smell.
  • Add ice water to a bowl and soak the gelatin sheets in the water to soften.
  • Add 100 g hot milk to the cup,Then add 8 g matcha powder and mix well.
  • Add 100 g milk and 20 g erythritol to the pot.
  • Then pour the previously stirred matcha milk into the pot.
  • Add the soaked gelatin,Heat over low heat until the gelatin sheets are completely melted.
  • Pour the tofu and matcha milk into the wall breaker,,Mix well and break into a paste.
  • Filter the solution and pour it into a glass.
  • Then pour the solution into a small glass.
  • Cover the glass and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Take out the tofu pudding and demould, you can heat it with a hair dryer to promote demoulding.
  • Drizzle a small amount of yogurt on the tofu pudding, it looks good and delicious,My tofu pudding tastes springy,Matcha is rich in flavor and tastes very refreshing,It's easy to eat with a spoon, you can also add juice.
Notes
1、 To use lactone tofu, its taste is more fresh and tender. Blanch the tofu for 1 minute to remove the beany smell.
2、You can add yogurt, honey, fruit juice, egg white and other ingredients to increase the taste of tofu pudding.
3、 If it is difficult to demould the tofu pudding after being refrigerated, you can blow it with a hair dryer for 1 minute to make it easier to demould.
