1、 When making taro balls, the ratio of taro paste and tapioca flour is 2:1. If the mashed taro dough is very dry, you can add a small amount of hot water, but do not add too much.
2、 If you make a lot of taro balls at one time, you can wrap the remaining taro balls in plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator. But not more than 3 days.
