Udon noodles are very popular in Japan, it is a type of noodles that Japanese people like to eat. I made chicken udon noodles today. The ingredients are udon noodles, starch, chicken, shiitake mushrooms, peppers, bean sprouts, and a variety of seasonings. It tastes very delicious.
Chicken udon noodles are easy to make, you can easily make them at home, and you can make a chicken udon noodles in just 10 minutes.
You can also use udon noodles with other ingredients, such as beef, pork instead of chicken; you can also add carrots, greens and other vegetables to make udon noodles more unique. I even replace the sugar with strawberry jam to make the most special udon noodles, if you like, you can try it. Udon noodles have no flavor on their own, and the ingredients, seasonings and even jams you add are the key to how it tastes.
Ingredients
  
  • 15 ml water
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Starch 5 g
  • 3 g salt
  • Chicken 100 g
  • edible oil
  • mushroom
  • chili
  • bean sprouts
  • 1 scoop dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • Chinese chives
Instructions
 
  • Ingredients: 15 ml water, 1/2 egg white, 5 g starch, 3 g salt, 100 g chicken.
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well,Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Add water to a pot and bring to a boil,Pour in the udon noodles and cook for 2 minutes,Then remove the udon noodles and drain the water, set aside.
  • Then add a proper amount of cooking oil to the frying pan and heat it up,Pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry constantly.
  • When the chicken is blanched, pour it into a bowl.
  • Then add a proper amount of cooking oil to the frying pan and heat it up,Pour in mushrooms, peppers, bean sprouts and stir fry evenly.
  • Then add the chicken and continue to fry for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the udon noodles and continue to fry for 1 minute.
  • Add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of salt,Then turn on high heat and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Finally add some chives and stir fry for 10 seconds.
  • Chicken udon noodles are ready.
Notes
1、 I marinated the chicken for 10 minutes, you can marinate longer to make the chicken more flavorful.
2、 Stir fry with high heat to make the vegetables fresher. Otherwise, ingredients such as mushrooms, peppers, and bean sprouts will lose a lot of moisture, which will affect the taste.
3、 I sometimes add tomato sauce or other jams to the chicken udon noodles to make it more unique, you can try it according to your own preferences.
