Taro Ice Cream
The taro ice cream I make is simple, mainly using taro, coconut milk, condensed milk, whipped cream, and vanilla extract. It is mixed by a wall breaker. I have seen other ways to make taro ice cream. You can add various jams if you like, such as strawberry jam, yellow peach jam, etc. Jam can make ice cream more delicious.
I made taro ice cream with condensed milk, which will taste sweeter. If you want less sweetness, you can reduce the amount of condensed milk. When making taro ice cream, you must choose fresh taro. The taste will be better.
Ingredients
  
  • 400 g taro
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 90 g whipped cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 
  • I will make taro ice cream today,Prepare 400 g taro and peel it.
  • Then cut the taro into long strips.
  • Put a layer of baking paper inside the steamer.
  • Put the taro in the steamer,Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
  • Put the steamer into the steamer and steam the taro for 30 minutes.
  • When you can easily penetrate the taro with chopsticks, you can turn off the heat.
  • Cool the taro,Pour the taro into the wall breaker.
  • Prepare 200 g coconut milk and pour it into the wall breaker.
  • Prepare 150 g condensed milk and pour it into the wall breaker.
  • Prepare 90 g whipped cream and pour it into the wall breaker.
  • Add 1/2 scoop of vanilla extract to the wall breaker.
  • Turn on the wall breaker and mix for 20 seconds.
  • Then pour the liquid into the ice cream maker and stir for 25 minutes.
  • Transfer taro ice cream to the lunch box,Freeze in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • The taro ice cream is ready,Sprinkle some jam you like, it will be more delicious.
Notes
1、 You have to choose fresh taro. The time for steaming taro can be increased but not shortened.
2、 You can add a small amount of jam and nuts to the taro ice cream, the taste will be more delicious, I like to add strawberry jam.
