Braised Beef Noodle Soup

  • 10 g rock sugar
  • 20 g red yeast rice
  • 200 g noodles
Instructions
 
  • Today I am going to make Braised Beef Noodle Soup,First prepare 1 kg beef,Cut the beef into small pieces.
  • Add appropriate amount of water to the wok,Add beef.
  • Add green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, they can remove the beef smell.
  • Bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam,Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Then take the beef out, put it in clean water and wash it again, set aside.
  • Prepare the auxiliary materials, smash the ginger and garlic with a knife.
  • Cut green onions into a bowl.
  • Add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, and dried chilies to the bowl.
  • Add some cooking oil to the wok,Heat over heat, add 1 tablespoon of bean paste.

  • Then add water,Add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon soy sauce,Then add 10 g rock sugar and 20 g red yeast rice,Stir well and boil on high heat.
  • Then pour the beef into the pressure cooker,Close the lid and set the cooking function,When the time is up, the braised beef soup will be ready.
  • Use a strainer to remove the seasoning and discard.
  • Put water in a pot and boil, remove the noodles when they are cooked, and pour them into a bowl.
  • Boil the vegetables in hot water for 2 minutes and put them in a bowl.
  • Pour the cooked braised beef into a bowl.

Notes
1、 I prefer to cut the beef into chunks to make the beef more flavorful. If you want to save time, you can slice the beef.
2、 After the braised beef is cooked in the pressure cooker, use a slotted spoon to remove the seasoning and discard it. They cannot be eaten.
3、 In the end, you can not only add green vegetables, but also carrots, bean sprouts, leeks, onions and other ingredients according to your preferences, which can make the braised beef noodle taste more unique.
