Fried Sea Whelk Recipe

  • Green pepper
  • Chaotian Pepper
  • coriander
  • chili sauce
  • Ginger
  • Minced garlic
  • 3 scoops of cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 400 ml water
Instructions
 
  • Prepare the ingredients and clean the Sea Whelk,1000 g Sea Whelk, green pepper, Chaotian pepper, coriander, chili sauce, ginger, minced garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt.
  • Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the wok and heat,Add ginger, minced garlic, chili sauce, Chaotian pepper,Stir fry on low heat, fry out the aroma.
  • Then add the Sea Whelk and stir fry.
  • Add 3 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of salt and 400 ml water.
  • After boiling on high heat, change to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add green peppers and boil over high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander at the end,Fried Sea Whelk is ready.
  • Easy to eat with toothpicks,Be sure to remove the bitter gall and liver of the Sea Whelk before eating,Hope you like this dish.
Notes
1、 The Sea Whelk should be cleaned, and there is likely to be sediment residue at the position of the Sea Whelk head.
2、 It is very convenient to eat Sea Whelk with a toothpick. The bitter gall and liver of the Sea Whelk must be removed before eating.
