Notes
1、 The gelatine tablets should be fully soaked, and you can also increase the amount of gelatine tablets.
2、 After the second layer, the jelly liquid must be cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, and then poured into the biscuit box.
3、 Be careful when demoulding the rainbow jelly. The water temperature should not be too high and the time should not be too long. You can use toothpicks to help demould.
