Durian Ice Cream
Durian ice cream is a dessert. The main ingredients are durian pulp, whipped cream, milk, egg yolk, and fine sugar.

Instructions

  • Pour in the durian puree made before,Stir well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour,Take it out in half an hour and stir it,The texture of the ice cream will be more delicate,Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour,Then stir again.
  • Then put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • Prepare some nuts and mash it.
  • Prepare some chocolate sauce for the ice cream,Pour the chocolate sauce into the plastic wrap,Cut a small hole in the corner,The chocolate squeezed out like this will look good.
  • Take out the frozen ice cream from the refrigerator,Sprinkle with chocolate sauce and nuts,The durian ice cream is ready..

Notes
1、 Use low heat to heat milk and egg yolk, and the temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will fail.
2、 Fully stir the whipped cream. When whipping the whipped cream, be sure to wipe the bowl clean without water, otherwise it is difficult to whipped. The whipped cream should be used as soon as possible after taking it out of the refrigerator. The low temperature is good for whipping the whipped cream.
