Today, I'm going to share Mung Bean Sprout recipes. It's a delicious home-cooked dish—crisp and refreshing—and pairs perfectly with rice.
First, add 20 g of cooking oil to the wok and heat it over medium heat. Then, add 100 g of sliced pork belly (cut into thin strips or minced). Cook for 3 minutes.
Then add 3 g minced ginger, 5 g minced garlic, 10 g chili, and 10 g soy sauce. Increase the heat to high and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.
Then add 400 g of bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
Then add 3 g of salt, 3 g of thirteen-spice powder, 3 g of monosodium glutamate, 5 g of soy sauce, 3 g of oyster sauce, and 50 g of chives.
Turn on high heat and continue stir-frying for 1 minute. The Mung Bean Sprout are now ready to be served and are delicious when eaten with rice.
