Then add 30 g soy sauce, 30 g vinegar, 5 g oyster sauce, 5 g white sugar, and 5 g sesame seeds.
Then pour 20 g of heated cooking oil on top; these ingredients will emit a strong aroma.
Then, take out the cooled and solidified jelly, which should be clear, transparent, and elastic. Use a scraper to cut the jelly into strip-like shapes.
The prepared jelly is very elastic.
