Today, I'm going to share a recipe for Hokkien Mee.
First, prepare the seasoning sauce by adding 10 g light soy sauce, 5g dark soy sauce, 5g oyster sauce, 3g monosodium glutamate, 3g thirteen-spice powder, and 5g cumin powder to a bowl. Stir the mixture evenly.
Then add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Add 500g of Lamian noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
After cooking the noodles, drain them and rinse with cold water. Cooling the noodles in cold water will make them more elastic and improve their texture and taste.
Then add 60 g of cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, and add 2 eggs. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Then add 100 g of ham and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Then add 50 g of onions, 50 g of bean sprouts, and 50 g of vegetables. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.
Then add the cooked noodles and the prepared seasoning sauce.
Stir-fry evenly, allowing the noodles and seasoning sauce to blend thoroughly. The delicious Hokkien Mee are now ready. It's very simple.
