Ingredients
  
  • 200 g luncheon meat
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 200 g fresh corn kernels
  • 50 mL edible oil
  • 200 g steamed rice
  • 50 g of meat floss
  • 2 g of salt
  • 50 g salad dressing
Instructions
 
  • Today, I want to make Fan Tuan. Children like them very much because they are nutritious and healthy.
  • First, prepare 200 g of luncheon meat and cut it into diced pieces.
  • Then, cut 200 g of cucumber into small pieces.
  • Then, boil 200g of fresh corn kernels in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove and drain the corn kernels, and set them aside for later use.
  • Then add 50 ml of cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, and pour in the diced meat.
  • Continuously stir until the diced meat turns yellow.
  • Then prepare 200 g of steamed rice. Add diced meat, cucumber, corn kernels, 50 g of meat floss, and 2 g of salt. Then, add 50 g of salad dressing.
  • Stir the ingredients evenly.
  • Then put on gloves, take a portion of food with your hands, and knead it into a ball shape.
  • Fan Tuan are ready. It is a good idea to prepare some Fan Tuan in advance when having a picnic with children. They are also simple to make. Children enjoy eating them very much.
Notes
1、To make Fan Tuan, you must first prepare the rice. Do not add too much water when steaming the rice; it should be fluffy and separate after cooking. This will make the Fan Tuan more delicious.
2、 The cooking group should avoid using ingredients with high water content, such as tomatoes and certain other vegetables. It is recommended to use more ingredients like carrots, bacon, eggs, and similar items.
3、The frozen rice is stickier and more pliable when making Fan Tuan.
4、 If the surface of the Fan Tuan is not smooth enough, you can brush a layer of olive oil on it to improve its appearance.
